DIY Project: Refurbished Aldo Pumps
Scuffed my favorite pair of nude pumps. Been looking for a replacement pair but didn’t want the shoes to go to waste. Painted the tips with black fabric paint, glued on some studs and a painted fabric butterfly and just got funky with some gold textile paint. I keep adding and changing stuff so I don’t know if they’ll ever really be finished.
DIY Project: Chiffon Kimono - Black
Procrastinated enough already, summer is coming around and can’t really find a cover-up as simple as this. I really only need it for this dress so I decided to make one. Its wrinkled from being thrown in some drawer out of frustration, especially when half way through I thought of an easier pattern but I had to finish what I started. Setting myself up for little victories. This one took about 20 minutes and even though some of the edges aren’t impeccably finished, I’m satisfied. Besides it’s not like anyone else will be wearing it. Woot!
